Day of Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to services if this is your first experience at the spa. If you are running late please call or text so we can prepare in advance.

Cancellations and Booking Fees

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, if so please contact the spa to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please contact the spa 24 hours prior to your service to avoid a possible 50% booking fee.

Gifting

We offer gift certificates at our location. Gift certificates can be allocated to a particular treatment or a monetary value. Gift cards purchased through Mill Street Aesthetics are nonrefundable and have no expiration date.
